Our team is made up of professionals with a combined 30 years experience in the education, entrepreneurship and finance industries.

|Jess is an MBA graduate and one of ALU’s founding team members. She has 8+ years of marketing and sales experience, and an MA in Creative Writing. Jess is a full time BluLever team member.||David is currently the CFO for Africa at Contour Global. He gained his CPA while working at PwC for over 7 years. David brings pan-African work experience, and is a part time BluLever team member.||Adam is a Chartered Global Management Accountant (CGMA). He was part of the founding ALU team in Mauritius and helped set up the Rwanda campus. Adam is a full time BluLever team member.||Tolu is the founding General Manager of ALX Nigeria and the founder of Skrife. She led the entrepreneurship department at ALU and is a part time BluLever team member.|

Apply now to become a plumbing apprentice. As an apprentice, you will go through 3 years of on-campus and on-the-job learning, ending in a trade test. At BluLever, we focus on holistic and innovative learning, ensuring you have time to grow, develop and invest in yourself throughout your education journey. We believe in matching apprentices appropriately, which is why our programme includes a 2 month long Leadership Camp, which teaches you basic life skills and work readiness skills, and prepares you for a trade career so that you are ready and set up for success when you start your apprenticeship!
