ABOUT THE ROLE

As the Apprentice Manager, you will be responsible for providing support programmes and initiatives to our Apprentices when they are off campus, placed at their employers. This includes site visits, support phone calls and the implementation of various processes and support systems whilst working closely with employers. You will also run our Employer Readiness Programme and work on building connections between the industry and our Apprentices.


WHAT YOU NEED

For this role, you will need to have an Honours degree in Social Work, Psychology or Education and 3 - 5 years of experience running support programmes for youth. A driver's licence and a car are required for this role as you will need to travel to various sites to visit our Apprentices. Experience in facilitation, teaching or training is also beneficial but a passion for education, developing people and the learner experience in particular is key!
