ABOUT THE ROLE
In this role, you will manage our facilitators who deliver our learning products. You will focus both on people management and on facilitation quality management. This will include facilitation observation and feedback, as well as facilitation training. You will work on ensuring our facilitation team is able to deliver to the highest quality standards.
WHAT YOU NEED
For this role we are looking for someone who has at least 3 - 5 years experience working within facilitation / teaching or training roles. You will need to have a Bachelor’s Degree and will need to have multiple managed people directly before. If you’ve worked in a startup previously, that’s a bonus. Experience in working with young people or students of some kind is beneficial.
