ABOUT THE ROLE
BluLever is a people business and in this role you will be responsible for looking after people. As a Human Capital Manager you will do all things people related. We are a people centric team, that highly values our culture and in this role you will be a custodian of culture and team engagement. You will be responsible for designing, building and implementing processes and systems relating to the team. Team development, hiring and performance management will also be part of your remit.
WHAT YOU NEED
For this role you need to be people centric and have worked in a people related role, this could include HR, training and development, talent management, etc. This is definitely not your traditional HR role as your scope is more diverse and the work is more dynamic. For this role you will need any undergraduate degree, and some kind of HR training or experience and familiarity with the BCEA. 3 - 5 years of work experience is a must, with experience in managing people or processes a bonus.
