ABOUT THE ROLE
In this role, you will work on operationalising our learning products, and ensuring our students have a great experience. You will manage all aspects of learning operations and student experience, managing resources, scheduling, feedback collection and more. You will work with the Facilitation Manager and Facilitation team to ensure the highest quality product delivery.
WHAT YOU NEED
For this role we are looking for someone who has at least 3 - 5 years experience working within product or programme management, operations or training / facilitation. You will need to have a Bachelor’s Degree and if you’ve worked in a startup previously, that’s a bonus. Having worked with LMS systems is beneficial but not a requirement. Experience in working with and managing students or other stakeholders will be helpful!
