ABOUT THE ROLE

As Strategic Operations Manager, you’ll lead campus operations while building the systems BluLever needs to grow. From managing facilities, security, and procurement to creating processes that boost team performance, you’ll ensure we run smoothly today—while preparing for tomorrow. This role calls for a structured thinker who is solutions-driven, proactive, detail-orientated, and motivated by impact.

WHAT YOU NEED

For this role, we’re looking for someone who thrives in operational environments and knows how to design systems that help teams run at their best.

- 3+ years experience in operations, logistics, or campus management

- Strong leadership, organisational, and time management skills

- Proven experience building and implementing processes

- Confident managing multiple priorities and cross-functional teams

- Excellent communicator with strong reporting and problem-solving skills

- Tech-savvy and comfortable with systems and tools

- Solutions-focused and driven to create structure and clarity
