ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Student Affairs Associate, your role will include the design and implementation of holistic support programmes for our Apprentices on campus. This includes facilitating wellness workshops, work readiness initiatives and providing individual support through advisors. In addition, as part of the Student Affairs team, you will be involved in our Leadership Base Camp facilitation and Alumni Programme implementation.
WHAT YOU NEED
For this role, you will need to be a qualified and registered Social Worker, Psychologist or Counsellor. You will need to have 1 - 3 years of experience supporting young adults with a strong foundation in providing holistic support programmes. Experience in facilitation, teaching or training is also beneficial but a passion for education, developing people and the learner experience in particular is key! Lastly, a drivers licence and a care is a requirements for this role.
