ABOUT THE ROLE
In this role, you will manage BluLever’s workshops, across all trades. This includes stock and procurement management, Health & Safety management, working with our technical facilitators to ensure they have what they need and that workshops are running efficiently. You will also help manage some student elements such running our moderation and trade test processes.
WHAT YOU NEED
For this role we are looking for someone who is a qualified, red seal artisan, and has at least 3 - 5 years experience managing technical workshops or experience in training. If you have worked in a training environment previously running a workshop that’s a bonus. Having experience managing storerooms, as well as H&S experience is key. Experience in working with and managing diverse stakeholders and supporting team members is a must. You will need to have a car and a valid driver’s license to ensure smooth operations, as this role involves traveling.
